Our full automatic five wires laser cutting, stripping and tinning machine is specially designed for multi-core wire harness production. It can process five wires simultaneously to greatly boost your production throughput.
This machine adopts dual-head laser stripping technology. Laser stripping precisely removes cable insulation without damaging the inner copper conductor, and effectively prevents outer sheath loosening during mass production.
Built with dual-head tinning function with flux feeding, it completes wire stripping and tinning in one station. The wire cutting length and stripping length are fully adjustable to fit different cable specifications.
The equipment features simple mechanical structure and program storage function. Operators can save multiple wire programs for quick product changeover. The LCD touch screen displays all laser operation parameters, making operation simple and easy to learn. It supports button start control and standard air hose connection for stable workshop operation.
